PROCESS
These tiny lil guys are sculpted with love, care, and attention to detail. Each piece can take 1-3 days to make so please keep that in mind when ordering made-to-order pieces! These are all handmade so slight imperfections and variations may occur. Each set will be unique! 

CARE & CLEANING
Polymer clay is very lightweight and durable and can last a very long time with proper care. Do not wear to sleep, swim, shower, or expose to oils/creams/perfumes (spray perfume before applying earrings). If you need to clean your pieces, use a damp cloth and wipe gently. Store in a safe and dry place. 

RETURN POLICY
For hygiene reasons, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving the items if there are any issues! You can send me an email at beanblossomartco@gmail.com with photos and a brief explanation so I can review the situation. If an item break due to a flaw in the design, I will send a replacement!
I am not responsible for any damages that may happen to a product AFTER it has been handed off to the carrier! Any damages that have happened in transit are not my fault but if anything happens please take a photo and send it to me so I can replace any damaged products!
