Which countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately, I currently only ship domestic (USA). However, I am working on opening up my shipping to more countries! So feel free to follow me on my socials as I will be posting any shipping updates over there.

How/when do you ship your products?

I pack and ship all of my orders myself, from my home. I will hand sign all prints on the back!

Right now, I ship out orders about twice a week. You will get an email notification with a tracking number once I print the shipping label. If the email gets lost, you can search "beanblossomart" or "beanblossom" and you should be able to find it!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on the shipping option you choose, 1-4 weeks domestically. If it still has not arrived at that time, double check and make sure the shipping address is correct. If it is, you can contact your carrier with you tracking number and they should be able to help you locate your package. Some times packages will be marked "arrived" prematurely, but your package is likely still on the way it if it's not there physically yet.

My Item is damaged, can I get a refund?

In case of a damaged item, please email me beanblossomartco@gmail.com with your order number, and photo(s) of your damaged item so we can figure out a solution together!

Can I change my address?

Absolutely! If you noticed a mistake in your address, please contact me right away. I will be able to update your address as long as I have not sent out the package, in which case it would be too late.
