Refund policy

BeanBlossomArt Return Policy

I have a 7-day return/refund policy on most items if the purchase was made by mistake, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at beanblossomartco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will inform you of the return address, however you will be responsible for the shipping cost - so please make sure you are certain about making a purchase!

 

Damaged and/or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can rectify the problem and send you a replacement.
